Top right; Just six weeks later, the Banksia responds with lush
growth. In keeping with the Clip and Grow method, it gets
another light pruning (bottom). The middle inset shows the corky
bark and a major cut, sealed and starting to heal. The cascading
branch (bottom inset), is not pruned so that it can elongate.
